You issue a scoped API token and point Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Cursor at the MCP endpoint; read tools work with the default read-only token, write tools need a token with the write scope, and approving a remediation also needs an admin-role token and a paid plan or active trial, as it does in the web app.
